Letter of Appointment
This letter appoints an individual or a company as the Relevant Building Surveyor for the relevant building work and must be signed by the owner or agent of the owner.

Protection Work Package
Protection work package includes the following:
Form 7 – protection works notice served on the adjoining neighbour with the intent to protect the adjoining neighbour’s property due to building works.
Form 8 – protection works notice response from the adjoining neighbour.
VBA Protection-Work-Approved-Statement – provides adjoining owners with information about the operation of the protection work process and the procedure for the resolution of disputes relating to protection work.
