Appoint Surveyoria as your Registered Building Surveyor and submit Form 1, architectural drawings, title documents, soil and energy reports, and any other required documentation. We will handle the rest of the process.
Building permits are typically valid for 24 months, with other timelines depending on the project. A building permit may be extended under certain circumstances if requested before expiry.
